Ordering information

I need to get your tees very urgently. How?
Our outlets carry our bestseller tees, so feel free to call them! If they don’t, contact with us to let us know what you want and how soon you need it, and we’ll try to work something out! Order expediting fees may apply depending on the situation.

I need to get your tees for a birthday present/as a farewell gift! Do you do gift-wrap?
We are able to gift wrap your tee in a gift bag for a small charge, can only fit one tee yeah. If you require the gift bag to be delivered by hand to your recipient, additional courier charges will apply. Do leave a note in your order details on what is the occasion for the gift wrap (e.g. birthday, baby showers, Christmas) and if you would like to include a short note addressed to your recipient.

What’s your sizing like?
All our t-shirt sizes are unisex and standard fit. The best way to know which size suits you best is to check the measurements of our sizing chart against a well-fitting tee in your wardrobe. About 99% of our customers get their sizing right the first time. 

* Do note that there usually will be some variance of 1-2 cm off the measurements from the sizing chart as our shirts are sewn by hand.

How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping in Singapore is available for purchases above S$88 only. Most of our packages will be sent out via SingPost SmartPac , Ninjavan courier or Qxpress. We also ship worldwide, the fees are auto calculated when you checkout.

Sorry we will not do unregistered mail deliveries as we have had too many non-receipt complaints. 

If your mailing address is incorrect/insufficient and the parcel was returned to us by SingPost, you will have to self-collect at our Tai Seng office after being informed by us.

Can I pay you guys to make a customised t-shirt for me?
Usually nah, but if you have a min order of 50 pieces, and your design suits our style, we will do the design for you. A design commissioning fee applies.


How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
Our checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal’s secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.

We also recently added Stripe, which is making us very happy so far! 

We can now also accept payment via PayNow.

Can I pay by cash?
Paying by cash is only possible at retail outlets carrying our products or at our Tai Seng office.


What are my shipping options?
Secure shipping is $4.80, or free for orders over $88. Overseas shipping via FedEx is charged according to weight and will be advised accordingly at check out.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As all our tees are painstakingly handcrafted individually (from the making of the t-shirt itself to the complete designed t-shirt), it will usually take around 7-14 days to reach you in Singapore. 

We’ll send you a notification email to let you know that your order is on its way.

International shipping delivery times may vary between 10 – 21 days for Worldwide depending where you are at.

(Singapore Only) I clicked on my tracking link and it states that it is not found in the system

As we use SingPost SmartPac, the package tracking status only starts when it reaches the SingPost sorting centre (in Paya Lebar) which is usually within 2 – 3 working days from the day you receive the shipment notification email from us.

Please check on your tracking status 2 – 3 working days later. As an example, if we send out the package on a Friday and update you via email, the status will usually update by the following Tuesday.

(Singapore Only) I have not received my package even when the tracking info states that it is delivered!

If it is a SingPost SmartPac delivery that was not accepted by a recipient at your address, the postman will put the package into your mailbox. Please check your mailbox. Unlike Registered Mail, there will be no paper slip left at your door as the SmartPac package will be within your mailbox.

My order is urgent and I need you to deliver them to me, how?

Please indicate in your order notes on the targeted date and address. We will provide you a courier quote based on your requirements. Extra courier charges will apply for deliveries into military camps, airbases, airport, Sentosa island, Tuas, Loyang and other far flung areas in Singapore.

I opted for self-pickup, can I come to your office anytime?
We are not in the office 24/7 as we are usually running errands, doing deliveries, meeting clients, so once your tshirt is ready, we will contact you to setup an appointment for pickup. 

If you had only purchased one t-shirt and it has been arranged with us that is will be an urgent self pick-up, you can opt for either (1) waiving the delivery fee but paying the order expedition fee or, (2) you can use the delivery fee as the expedition fee in full.

As I am picking up my single item order from your office and it is a rush order, can I get a refund on the shipping fee?

We can waive your shipping fee, but the order expediting fee will still apply.

After ordering

What is this store’s exchange policy?
We really want your tee to fit you. If you require a size exchange, email us within 7 days after you have received your tee. We will only facilitate exchanges up to 30 days after your order is sent out. All t-shirts have to be unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange. 

We won’t be able to start the exchange if we didn’t receive your returned item by mail. Do note that you are responsible for the mailing and charges for exchangesand may require up to 30 days to process.

What is this store’s return policy?
We do not do refunds. We do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your product.
If there is something that you are not quite satisfied about, please contact us ( within 7 days after you have received it. Describe your dissatisfaction. We’ll work things out from there. 

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?

Your shipment is trackable. A tracking number will be provided to you upon fulfilment and you can check on the status of your parcel. 

If your order has been returned to us due to insufficient / incomplete / wrong details of your address, you would be contacted to do a self-collection at our office once we have received your parcel.

What if something is wrong with my order?
